Unlocking Opportunities: The Romanian Government Scholarship Program

Romanian Government Scholarship 2024-2025

Annually, the Romanian Government, facilitated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, extends a series of scholarships to individuals from non-EU nations. Eligibility is restricted to candidates who exhibit commendable academic performance, denoted by an average score of at least 7 (seven) for their final years of schooling, adhering to Romania's grading system or the equivalent Good score.

Prospective scholars are permitted to choose their preferred study programs across various fields, excluding Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy. Notably, only study programs in Romanian are available for Bachelor's and Master's levels, emphasizing the promotion of the Romanian language and culture. To facilitate a smooth transition for non-Romanian speakers, a preparatory year in Romanian is offered before commencing the chosen study program. The requisite documentation includes diplomas, transcripts, a birth certificate, passport, and a comprehensive CV, as outlined in the application process.
